The speaker’s Bio:  

Dr. Loubaina Buxamusa is an experienced occupational therapy practitioner and college professor who has a passion for understanding how the brain learns, grows, and adapts. She has developed and taught courses on neuroscience and has infused her clinical practice with brain-based strategies to maximize her clients’ potential.

The fascinating journey of the ageless brain; neuroplasticity simplified 

During this engaging talk attendees will discover the wonders of this 3 lb organ. They will learn about the brain’s innate property of “neuroplasticity”, and learn how we can implement simple evidence-based strategies to keep our brains active and healthy through our lifespan.
