A get together to explore, share and learn with the "Body, mind, soul" theme in a respectful and supportive group.
We continue trying different mindfulness and meditation exercises. Suzanne and Monica will share some breathing techniques and simple yoga postures. The group will share their thoughts on Jon Kabat Zinn's book, "Mindfulness for Beginners".
Bring your own lunch, and Monica will provide tea and coffee.
