Museums
There are many museums, galleries and other cultural institutions in the Boston area. The “Calendar” section of the Boston Globe is published every Thursday and contains a fairly complete list of museum locations, exhibitions and special events, theater and music, or you can check SearchBoston for addresses and calendar of events.
Some public libraries have museum passes which residents may borrow to save the cost of admission. It is worth asking.
