What is the Neighborhood Coffee …

… and how is it different from the monthly coffee at the Pru?

Well, coffee at the Pru is a good way for newcomers to get to know us and decide whether or not they want to join the club.  The neighborhood coffees are given by members in their homes.  You don’t have to live in the neighborhood to come.  In fact, they were designed with the opposite idea;  since our members are spread out over the greater Boston area, it’s a chance to get to see an area that might be new to you.   The hostess makes some suggestions about what might be interesting in her area, and after the coffee, you might choose to go to lunch or to a gallery that has been recommended.
